I must confess...we make this guac two or three times a week during the summer! I haven't always liked the flavor of avocados but over time they have grown on me. We love this guacamole really spicy, but it you are looking for a more mild flavor, feel free to decrease the amount of jalapeños used. This is amazing as a dip and takes my porkless burgers to another level with a big dollop on top!
Here's what you will need!
juice from 1 lime
2 ripe avocados
Grill the jalapeños for 8-10 minutes (you can also char the jalapeños in the oven with the broil setting)
In a large bowl add together the grilled jalapeños, juice from 1 lime & the flesh of 2 ripe avocados
Mix until you have a creamy guacamole consistency
