We have been using oat flour in the kitchen for around a year now. We love how well it works in recipes from baked goods to bean burgers. You of course can run to the store and buy some, but I hope you can see just as we learned a year ago that making your own oat flour at home is extremely easy and inexpensive!
Here's what you will need!
2 cups of rolled oats (quick cooking or thick rolled)
Add the oats to the blender
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds or until the oats are now a flour texture
