Fresh Arugula (Rocket) Ravioli (Vegan, Oil Free)

It's homemade ravioli time! I used my garden fresh arugula (rocket) pasta dough for this recipe. And I also used my easy instantpot marinara sauce to fill these raviolis.

Here's what you will need!


  1. Flour your rolling surface, rolling pin & pasta dough well

  2. Roll out dough ~12 inches then fold in half, adding flour to dough each time (Repeat this 8-10 times)

  3. Roll pasta dough out as thin as you can over your rolling surface

  4. Cut into 4" by 12" pieces

  5. On one 4x12 piece add ~1tbs of your marinara filling every 2-3 inches

  6. Lay over another 4x12 piece and press down on all sides

  7. Cut into square raviolis with the filling in the middle

  8. Place in boiling water for 3-4 minutes watching for when all your ravioli floats to the top of the water
