In the morning, after I eat my celery & low fat peanut butter I love to have a smoothie. During the summer I always make my wife a peanut butter chia smoothie for her breakfast but some days I'm wanting something with chocolate. So I made this smoothie recipe as delicious and fast to make as possible for those mornings where I am on the go.
Here's what you will need!
2 1/2 frozen bananas
1 cup of water
1/4th cup of a plant based milk
2 tbs unsweeted cocoa powder
Place all of the ingredients into the blender/ food processor/ blender bottle
Blend on a medium-high speed for 15-60 seconds until you have a smoothie consistency
